By downloading, installing, or using the BrushForge app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
License & Usage
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Reverse engineering, resale, or unlawful use is prohibited.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple via your Apple ID. Refund requests follow Apple’s billing policies. To manage subscriptions: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Privacy Policy
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to that policy.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use implies acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
