Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the BrushForge app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
License & Usage
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Reverse engineering, resale, or unlawful use is prohibited.
App Store Purchases
BrushForge purchases are made through Apple’s App Store. Premium includes a monthly subscription option and a lifetime option. No user-facing account is required.
Payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple via your Apple ID, governed by Apple’s billing policies. To manage subscriptions: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Premium Access & Support
If you experience a purchase or entitlement issue, please first use the Restore Purchases option in the app. If the issue continues, please contact support at brushforgeapp.com/support or email brushforgeapp@gmail.com.
Privacy Policy
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to that policy.
Limitation of Liability
Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis; uninterrupted operation of the app is not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrushForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or legal guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or Belgian consumer law (such as the legal guarantee for digital content and digital services).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use implies acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
